The Ropeworks is an 8 story U shaped mixed-use development located in Barking. The block consists of 246 home block of flats, police station, children’s nursery and a library.

Scope of Works

The Works include removal of existing non-compliant HPL Trespa Meteon, EWI Render systems and  Support framework  together with Monolithic Aluminium panels  and Balcony Decking. And replacement with compliant system and monolithic aluminium panels systems (comprising Mineral wool Insulation, breather membrane, fire barriers at floor slab and windows, EPDM to windows,  new CP Boards, VCL, balcony capping and panels)
